Processing & Shipping Details

CANADA

Order processing: 2 business days , Expedited orders are processed same business day if the order is placed before 2pm EST. 

Shipping is free for orders over $150 and $13.90 flat rate anywhere in Canada. 

We offer the following shipping options: Canada Post Expedited Parcel, XPRESSPOST, Purolator Ground/Express,  Fedex Priority Overnight. 

We do offer fedex priority overnight shipping for urgent next day orders. Orders take 1-2 business days to process & 2-7 business days to ship for most addresses within Canada. Please note these transit times are the official times for the specified shipping service used straight from Canada Posts website. If Canada Post is experiencing service delays unfortunately these are factors out of our control. We are in the middle of a pandemic and therefore delivery times are not guaranteed by any carrier. 

A business day is considered every official work day of the week; another common term is work(ing) day. ...

If a courier ships a parcel on a Thursday that will be delivered in "two business days", it will arrive on the following Monday if neither Friday nor Monday are holidays. Cut off time is 12:00 PM EST.

Northern regions (Yukon, Nunavut, North West Territories) and Remote Centres (Rural postal codes with 0 as the second digit) take 6-13 business days in transit. 

To minimize customer order receiving times we have multiple fulfillment centres: 

Edmonton, AB processes orders for Western Canada & 

Markham, ON for Eastern Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, 

XPRESSPOST 2 DAY* and FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT Next Business Day  is used when expedited shipping is requested. Order cutoff time is 12pm Noon EST for orders to be shipped that day.

*At the moment, Fedex Priority Overnight is the only shipping method that has guaranteed delivery times. 

Please note, although an order shipping to Edmonton will typically ship from our Edmonton warehouse, there are times when a particular product or size ordered  is not in stock in our Edmonton warehouse and therefore the order is shipped from another location. 

 

UNITED STATES

Our US orders ship from our fulfillment centre in Sweet Grass, Montana via USPS First Class Mail. US orders take 3-4 business days to arrive including processing time anywhere in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska usually takes under a week. 

US shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

BULK, CUSTOM & LARGE QUANTITY

For custom orders or large purchase quantities over 1000pc, a representative will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order to confirm shipment date. Custom orders generally have a 10-14 day lead time. If you have any questions in regards to a custom order or shipping please contact us at info@thepeoplesmask.ca and a representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

International shipping takes 10-20 business days depending on the country. 

Canada Post postal services have been suspended to many international destinations at the request of the receiving Postal Operator or due to the lack of available transportation. The tables below indicate the following:
