These replacement mask filters made of Nano Fibres use top quality Filti Filter Material from the USA.

Filti Face Mask Nonwoven Filter Material is engineered and manufactured in USA using patent-pending Nanofiber technology. Filti is highly-efficient: up to 95% on sub-micron particles via tests at Nelson labs.

Description: 3-Layer lightweight composite filter media
Composition: Polypropylene/Nanofiber/Polyester composite filter media
Finish: Sonic lamination

 

Fits any of The People’s Mask or standard reusable face mask with pocket. Same size 3.25 x 4.75" as standard PM 2.5. For child's size, trim the material with scissors. 

Filti's nonwoven / nanofiber / 3-layer construction exceeds standard cloth and fabric materials in efficiency percentage. Filti filters up to 95% of 0.3 micron particles per TSI 8130 test standard. In contrast, competitor PM2.5 are only designed for larger 2.5 micron dust particles.

 

Construction Details:
Filti Face Mask Material is constructed from polypropylene spunbond nonwoven with a Nanofiber fine fitration layer and surface layer of polyester nonwoven.



Reduce the risk of droplet transmission with better mask filtration technology by Filti.

How to use: insert into mask pocket so that deeper bond points and loftier texture faces outwards, and shallower bond points and extra texture faces inwards. Dispose of mask filter and replace after 8 hours of accumulated usage.
Products are not medical devices and are not intended for healthcare environments.

  • Material does not contain: fiberglass or other harmful material to inhale
  • Air Flow: 60 pascals DP at 5.33 cm/sec face velocity @ 32 liters per minute
  • Our mask insert efficiency: 95% efficient at 0.3 microns
  • Nanofiber network layer is hardly visible to naked eye

Filti’s Face Mask Material is engineered using our patent-pending Nanofiber technology and is highly-efficient (up to 95%) on sub-micron particles, including bacteria and viruses.
